AZVetK9 is the Veteran-focused arm of our mission—a trusted partner dedicated to transforming rescued dogs into life-changing service companions for U.S. Veterans.

Through our partnership, select dogs from Starlite Kennels North are evaluated and enrolled in AZVetK9’s specialized training program, where they are prepared to support Veterans living with PTSD, trauma, or physical disabilities.

These dogs undergo rigorous training in:

• Socialization in public environments
   
• Long-term obedience and handler bonding

Veterans seeking a service dog can apply directly through AZVetK9. The process includes an interview, needs assessment, and personalized matchmaking to ensure the right fit between Veteran and dog.
